Thank you for shopping with us! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.

Processing Time

All items in our shop are handmade and carefully prepared. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing time does not include shipping time.

During high-volume periods, holidays, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (U.S.)

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other reputable shipping services, depending on the order and destination.

International Shipping & Customs

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Returned packages due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

We will do our best to assist with filing a claim if applicable.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
